Nutek Orthopaedics | Corporate profile Nutek ™ Orthopaedics, LLC was formed as a Florida company in September, 2006.  NUTEK Orthopaedics was LLC was changed to a “C” Corporation in September 2007.The company is founded on the principles of developing and marketing practical orthopaedic devices for the general practitioner.  Dr. M. A. Hajianpour, a renowned orthopaedic surgeon from South Florida and recipient of over 90 patents, worldwide is the founder and President of the company.

The first products Nutek™ will market are the NBX™ Non-Bridging External Fixator and the First Assistant™ Wrist Fracture Reduction Device.  When used contemporaneously complex distal radius fractures are easily dealt with and stabilized in a closed reduced manner, while pinned securely.  The fixation does not span the wrist joint, thereby allowing immediate post-operative functioning of the joint.  The devices are fabricated in lightweight, durable biopolymers.

A core competency of Nutek™ Orthopaedics is the design of appliances, which will lend themselves to delivery of patient care in the outpatient setting and to minimize joint immobilization, thereafter.  Particular insight was used when dealing with osteoporotic bone stock because of the delicate nature of the patients’ ability to rehabilitate at an early stage.  Nutek’s™ products will encourage patients to exercise without fear of re-injury.

Nutek’s™ pipeline of orthopaedic devices include other periarticular fixation devices and bone augmentations earmarked to preserve joint motion after the repair of devastating musculoskeletal injuries.
