Dr. Hajianpour is an orthopaedic surgeon with more than 30 years experience and a clinical appointment as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics at the University of Miami. Dr. Hajianpour holds over 90 patents in both the US and abroad.

Peter J. Mincieli

Vice President Of Operations

Mr. Mincieli has more than 27 years experience in medical device manufacturing engineering, management and product development which include: 14 years in Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering Management; Director of New Process Manufacturing at Howmedica Orthopaedics, Inc., a division of Pfizer, Inc.; VP Manufacturing/COO General Orthopaedics, Inc. a manufacturer of a unique system of intramedullary nails for limb fractures; Founder and Principal Partner of BioRealization, Inc. an orthopaedic technology broker and developer of prototype/small run/regulatory compliant turn key solutions for surgeon/designers; Established a Medical Billing company with coding expertise, called HealthLink, in So. Florida, in which, he holds an interest. Mr. Mincieli received his BSME from Newark College of Engineering.

Zoya Hajianpour

Mrs. Hajianpour, as co-founder of Nutek® Orthopaedics holds a BA in Sociology and a degree in Industrial Design. She is the president of Zoya Inc, a Florida industrial design and manufacturing company. She also holds multiple patents and is responsible for the day to day management of the funds of Nutek®.
